Diana has been with Express since July 2005. As Office Manager, Diana coaches her staff to make sure all needs of Express clients are being met properly and timely. She also plays a Staffing Consultant roll where she interviews all potential associates for Express and places associates in positions for clients. Prior to joining the Express team, Diana was a Vocational Consultant for a Work Source Program and has many years of Office Manager and Accounting experience. Diana achieved her certifications as an Express Inside and Outside Sales Scholar, and Business Management in 2007, and Professional Status in 2008. Diana also became a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association in 2008.
Delilah has been with Express since July 2003. As Front Office Coordinator, she greets associates and clients as they enter the office. She answers the phone, administers skill evaluations, and also places associates in positions for our clients. Prior to starting with Express, Delilah worked in the automotive industry for 5 years, starting out as Service Cashier to being the Executive Assistant to the General Manager. Delilah achieved her certification as an Express Inside Sales Scholar August 2004, and Outside Sales Scholar August 2005, Front Office Coordinator Scholar certification in 2006, and Business Management in 2007, and Professional Status in 2008. Delilah also became a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association in 2008.
Dawn joined Express in early 2006, as the Client Representative. Prior to Express, Dawn worked in the hotel industry, where she was responsible for maintaining relationships with group accounts, scheduled bookings and catered events, customer service, daily and month end reporting, and hiring and training of front office staff. Dawn achieved her certification as an Express Outside Sales Scholar in 2007.
