Meet the Owner

Tedi Roach has been the owner of the Lewiston and Moscow Express offices since December 1, 1996, following a 20+ year career in banking. 

Tedi serves on four advisory boards at Lewis-Clark State College (LCSC): for the Small Business Development Center, Career Development Center, Workforce Training, and Center for New Directions.  Tedi holds three staffing-industry certifications, is a graduate of LCSC, and received her master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University in Minnesota December 2006.  

Tedi and her staff enjoy making a difference for both associates and clients, placing people in great career opportunities both temporary and full-time, as well as helping business clients with their all-around employment and human resource needs.
